Your guests are getting ready to depart, what should you say? Here are a few different written out messages that you can leave with your guests before their checkout time. Feel free to tailor accordingly based on your property and house rules.

Tip: This is a crazy simple idea but makes all the difference in saving time communicating with your guest! We've found that with checkout messages, if you use emojis to highlight each section for both check-in and check-out messages then it drastically cuts down repeat guest questions because said guest skipped over your entire message to ask a question you already answered. Using emojis quickly highlights and symbolizes what they are looking for - i.e. the key emoji quickly highlights instructions on how to access the property.

⏰Checkout time: 10am
